PRE-INSTALLATION
Beginning with the initial visit, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of your roof, determine the best course of action, and if a replacement is necessary, take precise measurements that will be used to provide you with a very accurate estimate.
Once the estimate is ready, rather than simply mail or fax it to you, we will take time to review it with you and answer any questions you may have. We feel this is important for you since an investment such as this is worth taking the time to know exactly what you are getting.
Once the installation is scheduled, we take care of everything needed to get the job going. We will pull the permit if required in your area, secure any dumpsters that may be needed and work with city officials or neighboring businesses if loading space is limited.
INSTALLATION
During the installation, our dependable, professional and courteous installation crew will do everything possible to not disrupt the normal day-to-day operations of your business and customer activity. Throughout the day, the area be well kept and then we do a thorough cleaning before leaving each day.
POST-INSTALLATION
Once the installation is complete, a certified Duro-Last inspector will perform a thorough inspection of your new roof to ensure it is installed per the manufacturer's specifications. The inspector will then give us a grade on how well we did. Our running average inspection score is over 94%. As a result we are annually recognized by Duro-Last as an Elite Master Contractor!
Finally, once your new roof is installed and you receive you warranty, we are committed to being there for you if you need anything else or ever have any questions.
